About pH : Types and features of pH electrodes

1. A wide variety of pH electrodes depending on the application

In addition to the standard type, the pH electrode is available in various shapes such as "for insertion measurement," "for plane measurement," "for trace amount" and "for flow-through type," for a wide range of applications. We also offer pH electrodes for special applications at the request of our customers.

2. Crack-resistant glassy film (Strong-pH® electrode).

The "Strong-pH® electrode" makes the tip of the glass film thicker to prevent cracking. "Strong-pH® electrodes" have increased strength and are more than 10 times stronger than our conventional electrodes, but their performance is comparable to that of conventional electrodes and is totally comparable in terms of use.

3. Internal solution concentration indicator (floating)

It is recommended that the internal solution be replaced periodically because the internal solution tends to be thinned out through the liquid junction after long use of the pH electrode.
Our pH electrode uses a method in which a concentration indicator is placed in the internal solution, and when the concentration decreases, the indicator sinks and the concentration change is visually known.

4. CALMEMO sensor

pH electrode that itself incorporates memory functions for the first time in the world. The model name, serial number, and weighing law type approval number are stored in the electrode at the time of purchase. Just connect to the pH meter to determine the electrode. In addition, the automatic memory of five latest calibration data points enables management deadlines, comments, temperature calibration values, mV shift values, and 10 measurement history points to be stored to provide optimal electrode management.
Even when using multiple electrodes, there is no need to re-calibrate when reconnecting as the calibration data is stored in the electrodes themselves,
