With the QDIPS method we employ, we can "visualize" the manufacturing process and share information at all times, making it possible to act quickly and shorten times to achieve our goals. We set goals for the 5 items at every Department and post them for all members to check. We make action plans and take actions swiftly for the goals to be achieved.
